Membership Benefits
Where we offer any chargeable membership benefits to you, through our third party partners or otherwise, should we be invoiced by our partners for providing you with that benefit, we shall invoice you for the amount and upon receipt, you shall settle the invoice within 5 working days.
Should you fail to settle any invoice in accordance with this clause, we shall, at our sole discretion (and without notifying you) suspend your membership whereupon we shall invoice you for the full recommended retail price (the Revised Invoice) for the product or service to which the unpaid invoice relates and you shall cease to be eligible for all membership benefits unless and until the Revised Invoice is settled.
Deliveries
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we or our partner despatches it. Please see here for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order details to cancel your order.
We will make every effort to ensure that our third party partners deliver your order in a timely manner but by placing an order you acknowledge there may be delays that are beyond our control.
Refunds
Faulty Goods
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for details on how and where to return the items. Items will normally be returned to the original supplying third party partner and not A.D. Independant Ltd. Refunds for items can only be made to the account used to purchase the goods.
Exclusions
Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless A.D. Independant Ltd. is at fault. These are consumable items for example fuel or tyres etc. or intellectual property for example marketing advice or any other service that does not involve a tangible product.
