adindi so far

Here my experience with adindi so far;

When I change my car back in Sept last year the code I was given for renault wasn't in use any more. adindi did look into it but couldn't get hold of the person at renault to find correct code. So landed up doing a deal on new car without any benefits from adindi.

Need new tyres so thought I'd phone around, tried both 'e tyres' and 'Kwikfit' but can source the same tyres for nearly £20 cheaper at a local garage so no advantage there then.

Fuel card is best thing from adindi so far, on saving pence, but as the saying goes 'look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselvies.'

Look forward to other adindi members comments on above

Re: adindi so far

HI BESTADI and thanks for the feedback ...it's always appreciated

I'm sorry you feel that you have gained little benefit from adindi.co.uk ... I will respond to your points:

Renault:  this manafacturer always provided us with more problems than solutions and for this reason, I severed the partnership; I'm pleased to say we did manage to satisfy some members with the deal and I'm sorry to hear you were not one of them; we do however today have access to most makes and models [new and used] and can source these on request, most of which carry some substantial discounts

Tyres: some local tyre suppliers will beat our discounted prices; again, quite a few of our members have been satisfied with the Kwikfit and etyre discounts and hopefully we'll hear from some of them.

Quite a few of our products and services have seen reductions in advertised prices since we launched in September 2007; for example - stationery - our business card offer was £50 for 2,500 printed in colour double sided, these have been reduced to £47.50 for the same spec product - this reduction is purely due to members taking up the offer and our suppliers seeing for themselves the increase in their business [our original promise of prices reducing as and when products and services are taken up by the driver training industry] ... hence the reduced price; reduced costs are apparent across the board on our stationery/marketing products and some of the clothing has been reduced.

I hope that at some point you'll have the need to use these products and services and therefore gain greater benefits

Re: adindi so far

Tina, Thanks for your comments, I thought I'd give you feed back on how I've found adindi so far. I live in a rural area so very often have to pay over the odds for most services, especially fuel.

I must be honestI was very surprised with the deal I had on the tyre fromn a local garage yesteday,

local garage   £35.65+VAT inclus

Etyres £49.30+VAT inclus

Local ATS £63.00+VAT inclus

I would normally use ATS but have got a bit fed up of the sevice I was getting from them, plus the harder times we're all going through thought I'd phone around and had a shck at the different prices quoted. I did slip up though, I think ATS say the will match any better price. I could have made a few pounds there.

As far as accountants, printing etc I've always sourced these locally. I won't be changing the training car for at least two years.

I will keep an eye out thgough for more products you bring on line, just keep upo the good work.

Regards
