I have a website set up and running, but am quite low down on google, page 5, 10, 12 and 7  depending on which town i type in.
              Is there any way of getting a higher ranking or does it just go on the amount of hits you get, the more hits the higher the ranking?
               any suggestions will be greatfully recieved.
